The intelligent temperature transmitter has excellent performance in the suppression of high and low frequency interference signals. It can still be reliably applied even in high-power frequency conversion control systems. At the same time, the application of digital technology effectively overcomes the linearity difference of traditional temperature transmitters. The shortcomings are in line with the requirements of the electromagnetic interference resistance of the products in the four categories (harsh industrial site) environment specified in IEC61000-4-4:1995. The intelligent temperature transmitter inputs single-channel or dual-channel thermocouple and thermal resistance signals, transmits and outputs isolated single-channel or dual-channel current or voltage signals, and improves the electrical isolation performance between the input, output, and power supply. Intelligent temperature transmitters can be used in combination with unit combination meters and DCS, PLC and other systems, and are widely used in major projects in oilfield, petrochemical, manufacturing, power, metallurgy and other industries.
