       Industrial flameproof platinum resistance is a temperature sensor. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems. Through temperature sensors, the temperature parameters of the controlled objects can be turned into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the display, recording and adjustment instruments to detect, adjust and control the system. In chemical plants, production sites are often accompanied by various flammable and explosive chemical gases and vapors. If ordinary platinum resistors are used, it is very unsafe and can easily cause environmental gas explosion. Therefore, the flameproof thermocouple must be used as the temperature sensor in these occasions. The flameproof platinum resistance products produced by our factory are suitable for places with explosive gas danger in the temperature group range of d II BT4~d II CT6. The explosion-proof thermocouple uses imported components as temperature-sensing components, and its technical performance is in accordance with ZBY301-85 industrial platinum electrical technical conditions and indexing table. At the same time, the product meets the general requirements GB3836.1-83 and GB3836.2-83 for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments.

       Note: "t" is the measured temperature value of the temperature-sensing element, and the dual-platinum platinum resistance is only available for Class B

       The measured current through the platinum resistance does not exceed 5mA.

       Principle structure

       The structure and principle of explosion-proof thermal resistance and assembled thermal resistance are basically the same. The difference is that the junction box (housing) of explosion-proof products is designed with a special explosion-proof structure. The junction box is made of high-strength aluminum alloy. And with sufficient internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength, the thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring conforms to the national explosion-proof standard. Therefore, when the explosive mixed gas inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not damage the junction box, and the heat energy generated thereby cannot be diffused outside-the explosion.

       Because the product adopts the above special structure for explosion-proof, the product is fully used in the explosion-proof temperature range of d II BT4 to d II CT6. As long as the user strictly abides by the product use rules, the product can achieve a reliable explosion-proof effect.

       Explosion-proof grade

       The explosion-proof thermal resistance of the explosion-proof thermal resistance is rigid, and it is suitable for explosive gas mixtures. The safety gap is divided into A, B, and C levels.

       The temperature group of the internal resistance of the flameproof tropical zone is divided into six groups T1~T6 according to the surface temperature of its exposed part.
