We all know that there are many thermometers and more pressure gauges. According to the use of pressure gauges, they can be divided into ordinary pressure gauges, ammonia pressure gauges, oxygen pressure gauges, electrical contact pressure gauges, remote transmission pressure gauges, vibration resistant pressure gauges, and pressure with inspection pointers. Table, double needle double tube or double needle single tube pressure gauge, digital display pressure gauge, digital precision pressure gauge, etc.
But how do you choose so many types of pressure gauges? Some are determined according to the field of use, some are related to the measured medium, and some are installation problems. Today I will give a brief introduction:
1. When used to measure special media such as viscous or acid-base, diaphragm pressure gauge, stainless steel spring tube, stainless steel movement, stainless steel shell or bakelite shell should be used.
2. According to different measured media, ammonia pressure gauge and oxygen pressure gauge should be used. It should be noted that there should be a prescribed color code on the pressure gauge and the name of the special medium should be indicated. The oxygen gauge must be marked with red. "Oil Prohibition", hydrogen with dark green underline color coding, ammonia with yellow underline color coding and so on.
3. When installing against the wall, a pressure gauge with an edge should be selected; when directly installed on the pipeline, a pressure gauge without an edge should be used; when used for direct gas measurement, a pressure gauge with a safety hole behind the case should be selected. For consideration of pressure measurement position and easy observation and management, the diameter of the case should be selected.
It can be known from the above introduction that the selection of pressure gauges has great requirements, which not only brings great convenience to our use, but the important thing is to make what we need to measure more accurate!
