Bimetallic thermometer

       product manual:

       The bimetal thermometer combines two metals with different linear expansion coefficients and has one end fixed. When the temperature changes, the two metals have different thermal expansions, driving the pointer to deflect to indicate the temperature. This is the bimetal thermometer, as shown in the figure on the previous page. The temperature measurement range is -80~600C, which is suitable for temperature measurement when the accuracy requirement in the industry is not high. As a temperature sensing element, bimetallic sheet can also be used for automatic temperature control.

       application:

       Bimetal thermometer is a kind of on-site testing instrument for measuring low and medium temperature. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid vapor and gas medium in the range of -80℃-+500℃ in various production processes.

       main feature:

       On-site temperature display, intuitive and convenient

       Safe and reliable, long service life;

       The core-pull thermometer can maintain or replace the movement for a short time without stopping the machine.

       Axial type, radial type, 135o type, universal type and other varieties are complete, suitable for various on-site installation needs.

       working principle:

       The bimetallic thermometer is based on a bimetallic sheet wound into a ring shape. When one end is thermally expanded, the pointer is driven to rotate, and the working instrument will display the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
